I don't recommend it.
If you use it as a "license plate holder", I don't recommend it. He doesn't hold the plate, he just walks over the plate. It doesn't cover the sides and bottom of the license plate so you'll need to add some foam between the plates and the frame or it will vibrate a lot. My panel is small, taking up almost 1/8th of the bottom frame. The holes in the frame do not line up with the license plate holes. If you want to use it as a plate frame holder, you need to adjust the plate holes. I use mine because I like the eagle on it, but I've made a lot of adjustments.
