I was a bit skeptical about this product at first. I have a 2011 Juke SL, the first year of the model. As all Juke owners know, there are three driving modes; Normal, sport or eco. I have always been dissatisfied with the usual regimen; there always seems to be a little hiss when I shift to drive. Even if you roll to the green light, the spray remains. Torque and response are better in sport mode, but impractical for long-term everyday use. Installation was easy and fairly easy. Although I would advise you to study the instructions several times to make sure the steps are being followed correctly. The battery was disconnected from the mains overnight as recommended in the manual. When I tested it the next day, I noticed a significant improvement in engine performance. Driving in normal mode became noticeably calmer and no longer twitched. Acceleration and responsiveness are greatly improved. I tested it going up a steep, steep hill and what used to hiss and be painfully slow to respond is obedient and quick. I know there are a lot of negative reviews on here, but for me this simple update has greatly increased the fun of driving my Juke. I can't say much about the improved fuel economy yet, but I'm more than happy with the improved engine handling. Have fun driving!
