It heats up very quickly and is easy to use, and it has a lot of interesting features like an on/off dial and a locking mechanism. I have very thick and very long hair and it only took me about 30 minutes to straighten my hair with drying time included! I highly recommend this product. It also came with a thermal case, a very cute and comfy holdall, two really nice alligator clips, and even a pickaxe comb! I could rave about it all day. I can't wait to curl my hair too!
