I just took up knitting. I wanted a place to store my yarn and current projects. I did not realize how much space yarn actually takes up. Anyway, this bag is lightweight and is compartmentalized. The compartments allow for storage of yarn for 1-2 projects depending on how much yarn you need. In total maybe 8 or so full yarn bundles will fit comfortably. There are plenty of external pockets for needles, etc. Overall I am pleased.

Bought the purple one for my daughter who has recently started crocheting and has been making little gifts for family and friends like crazy! She’s 9 and so going to grandmas house always meant a plastic bag with a mess of yarns and hooks inside. Bought this and she can fit all her yarns, her book, and her kit of hooks and accessories plus extra stuffing for her little creatures she makes , very easily and with room to spare.love the divider , keeps everything from mixing. I have this a 4/5 because it is sturdy, but only good for small project. I am crocheting a twin bedspread, and it will barely fit in there and I am only finished 25% of it. I also wished the exterior pockets had zippers and the straps were attached to the bottom of the bag, not just the top. Over time, when carrying the bag by the shoulder strap, this could cause the zipper to fall apart. But it is a good bag to carry small projects with you. Christmas present for my wife.Seems made pretty well.Not heavy duty but should be fine for yarn and such.It looks rough out of the package all squished and wrinkled up.I stuffed it with pillows and rags to stiffen it up and work out the wrinkles.I also stuffed unsharpened pencils in crochet hook slots to unwrinkle those.Left it like that overnight and it looked great in the morning.Then I packed it with all the yarn, hooks, books and accessories. I love the color and fabric of main bag, it's durable. It's great for a few smaller slouch beanie projects, or one baby blanket project like crib size, and matching lovey size I'm making my niece. I couldn't fit the 3 hat's I'm working on and starter skein of yarn in divider sections I had hoped for the baby blanket. Neither is real bullet. They are all a #4, I think one hat is a #5 yarn. This bag is pretty good. It's perfect for my wife. She doesn't have 5 projects going on at once, usually 1 or 2, so this bag is a perfect size. The sides and dividers don't stay up well if you don't have yarn in them but not a big deal.

Not what was expected., I am a bit disappointed in that it is not a true purple it is faded. It is a canvas bag but in the picture you see it standing nice straight as if it has built-in support, it does not. Easily holds three large skeins of yarn, needles, crochet hooks quite easily. Again I was looking for a bag that had structure and so this was a bit of a disappointment.

I crochet and often have different projects going at the same time. This bag has a lot of room, is very sturdy, and the divider is great if you need it. The top of the bag has holes so you can leave the yarn inside while you craft on the go. Love it.

A cute / sturdy bag with removable Interior divider. Would hold about six to eight regular sized skeins of acrylic yarn. Has four pin-hole opening to allow yarn use from within. Great traveling bag for crocheting or knitting. A number of exterior pockets for other tools.

I love the color, all the pockets, the extra zip bag that attaches, but the darn interior dividers are useless. They don’t stay in & should have been affixed or snap-in, or something to keep them in place. Also, it’s too long to qualify as an "under seat” carry on for airlines. (Spirit for sure). It holds about 4-6 large skeins though, and all my hooks & other tools.

I love that I can customize the dividers to my needs and most importantly I can keep yarn colors separate. Took a while to get my daughter to actually use this rather than just stuff things in her backpack but I've found it to be very handy.

Love the bag except for the sides the divider keeps collapsing if you don’t have yarn in all the sections but I just tacked the divider to the bag still needs more stability but made it work
