Not OEM but has worked for me for a few months so far.
If your F150 fan only has one or two speeds, e.g. B. fast and very fast, this is the part you need. Easily removed and replaced with access behind the glove box. This board stays in the air path of the ventilation system to keep it cool as the resistors heat up as they draw power to slow the fan speed.
