I'm 5'6", weigh 140 lbs, 32" waist, 30" inseam, slim legs and a medium fit, perfect: not too baggy , not too tight, long enough for cycling. A few reviewers have mentioned increasing the size. My advice: don't do it and save yourself the trouble! I made the same mistake and had to return. Some reviewers commented that the material is too thin, like leggings. IMHO not thin at all. In fact, they're even thicker and heavier than other cycling shorts I've had. The two front pockets with zips are very practical. I'm glad I found these pants; I might order another color.
