I bought two pairs of these devices and they both had the same problem. After a few weeks of normal use, every phone or tablet I connected it to would randomly open apps, crank the volume all the way up, or launch the Google Assistant. I held the device in my hand, did nothing at all and watched it actually happen. As soon as I switched the headphones to a different brand, the entire behavior of the device went back to normal. You have some kind of electrical problem. I do not recommend.
