The sound quality is good. However, any movement of a chord connected to the Lightning iPhone adapter inadvertently activates Siri, stops playback and any other arbitrary control.

It has so much interference, very disappointed with this purchase, it has been working fine for two weeks, now it has terrible voice quality and too much interference. I will never buy from this company again, not worth the money.

They are good quality especially for the money. My only minor complaint is that they don't have a clip to keep the cord with the microphone on it closer to your mouth during a phone call. Otherwise there are no complaints. Sound quality is good enough for calls and/or music.

I love these headphones. I use the volume control to fine tune the volume for the best sound quality I've heard through headphones. I wear them to watch my movies so as not to disturb others and they are so comfortable I forget I'm wearing them. If you need to unplug them, they're magnetic too, so pop them in so you don't drop them. I definitely recommend it.

I bought two pairs of these devices and they both had the same problem. After a few weeks of normal use, every phone or tablet I connected it to would randomly open apps, crank the volume all the way up, or launch the Google Assistant. I held the device in my hand, did nothing at all and watched it actually happen. As soon as I switched the headphones to a different brand, the entire behavior of the device went back to normal. You have some kind of electrical problem. I do not recommend.

I really liked these headphones. They fit well, sound great and the mic performs like a champ. The main reason I chose them was the volume control and answer/end button on the cable. The answer/end button might work a little differently depending on what you're doing (calling or streaming music) or not at all (like the video calls I have for work).
