The ring is not very strong

I received my ring two days ago and it is even more beautiful than the pictures. The brilliance is stunning and no one will suspect it's fake just by looking at it with the naked eye. However, the tape is very easy to scratch. I am a housewife and after two days of normal wear and tear (dishes, laundry etc) there are visible scratches on the underside of the strap.
