I was tired of working hunched over trying to see my laptop's small screen, so I bought one (used, not the newest model, so a bit cheaper). What a treat. It's sharp, bright and big. The adjustable height allows me to finally sit upright (at my 6ft 4in height) at my desk and work. Note that there are no speakers (it has a connector for them that works if you use an HDMI cable). ) This is not a problem for me as I already have others that I have connected. Works great with my nvidia drivers.
