Review on 🦷 Enhanced Teeth Whitening Strips by Spotlight Oral Care by Susan Stephens

It's been years since I used teeth whitening strips; and since my whitening toothpaste alone isn't enough, I decided to try Spotlight Oral Care Teeth Whitening Strips. The set includes 14 pairs of teeth whitening strips and a gum oil brush pen. I just finished a 2 week course and these strips seem to have whitened my teeth. The strips are easy to remove from the plastic backing and fit the teeth fairly securely (at least in the front) and stay in place for the recommended 1 hour treatment time. I noticed the biggest difference in the center of each tooth (the thickest part) which looked noticeably whiter than before treatment. However, I also noticed that the bleached teeth are a bit transparent on the outer edges. I'm not sure if these strips added to the translucency or if they just made it more visible because my teeth appear whiter in the middle. It's not really noticeable from a distance, but when I look at my teeth up close in a magnifying mirror, I can see that the edges aren't as white as the center of the tooth. I didn't actually use it because the strips didn't irritate my gums. I noticed that my teeth became more sensitive to cold while using the strips, but I didn't experience any discomfort in my gums. My overall impression is that these whitening strips work, but they may not provide even white coverage for users with loose teeth and/or worn enamel. They're also more expensive than the mass market national brand I've used before. They contain a few upgrades, including a pouch for strip packs and an oil-filled grip with soothing gum. But since I didn't use a gum butter stick, I would consider it more as an additional option. I also wish the bottom bar was a bit longer, but most manufacturers make the bars that way, so I can't blame Spotlight for that. While I'm generally very happy with this product, it's a little less than 5 stars for me.
