I have about four pairs of Carhartt denim shirts that will help me get through the winter. But they really are too heavy to wear any other time of the year. Since I'm no longer tearing down old buildings or crawling through holds, I don't need as much material between me and the cool breeze. Now I've found a shirt that I can also wear in the other three seasons. I want style: a long-sleeved, durable shirt with a button placket and two large, buttoned chest pockets. And the material isn't so heavy that I feel like I'm carrying a canvas tent. Fits good. The X-Large size is perfect for a tall man, allowing me to button the cuffs instead of rolling up the sleeves because they are too short.
