Review on ERIN by Charlie Wilson

I love how easy it was to create my profile, connect with other employees within our business, and learn about their professional background. It's also very customizable so you can tailor your experience as much or little as you would like. As of now, there are limited features available for free users. There is no way to send email reminders to current members who haven't logged in recently. There is no option for users to connect their LinkedIn account. I'm looking forward to seeing what new features become available in the future for free users. We're able to build connections with other employees within our organization and across industries. This has been helpful for finding career opportunities outside of our team. The ability to manage all my employees, their paychecks/payroll information as well as time off requests without having any of it done manually was very helpful when I first started using Erin but has since become old news after years with this software (7+). Nothing really because we're still new here so not much needs changing yet for us anyway haha! We are also able use our payroll system through erin which helped ease some stress out there too.
