I used one of these on the WEN DA 10 polisher "soft foam pad. Literally 3 revolutions of the disc and this pad flew off. Newly installed, used Knots and the double knot, like a shoelace. Didn't last 5 turns before it hit the ground. Other sellers offer these pads with an elastic band to keep the pad on the car's surface - I have them - they never come loose I would return them except that I used (failed) one of the spacers.
