I've had this hat for about two months now. I like it! What's included: I bought a hat in black. The cap is large and elastic. This is a large roomy hat. It suits a man's head, a lady with thick hair or a woman who wants to look casual. I have huge curly hair that I tied in a thick bun. This hat suits me very well! This is a two layer knit. It does NOT include a fabric lining. It's good! Cloth lined Bluetooth hats DO NOT stretch and fit snugly (I've bought and returned a few). There's a black vinyl control patch on my hat. Goes perfectly with a black hat. There is a small bright light but I cover it with a tiny piece of black tape. The speakers and battery are on the large side, but they practically disappear on your head (most of it goes in your ears). The mechanism is well secured and does not slip too much. There is a slot for removing the mechanics before washing the hat. This is a very comfortable hat that can be worn all day. Performance: * This particular hat costs a little more than others due to the long battery life. I use it for 8-9 hours at work on a single charge. The sound is pretty good for what it is. It sounds a bit fuzzy but more than useful (my brother tried it and he loved the sound), it gets pretty loud and will be a problem if you try to hide your usage. If it's at a volume, it will be clearly audible to those around you! If you keep it low, others can't hear it. At maximum volume, you can still hear what's happening around you. My company has banned headphones and earplugs so I chose this hat. That worked great in my situation. Sometimes I wear another hat over it to muffle the sound a bit. * This hat comes with great instructions (others I've tried had virtually no instructions). The Bluetooth connection establishes a connection quickly and easily. The range is excellent at 30 to 50 feet! * Telephone calls are feasible but appear to be transmitted at a lower volume. It's possible to make phone calls, but I usually use that mostly for podcasts. * The system uses voice prompts for pairing, low battery alerts, and power on/off. Overall I am very happy with this black hat! I bought a second one in pink (because I'm a girl) and it had a cotton lining and didn't stretch at all. Overall it was a small hat, almost the size of a child. Also, the pink one had a different control panel and the sound it produced was much quieter than the black one. I returned it! I'm waiting for the replenishment of the gray. I also had a ROTIEBOX brand bluetooth hat which was junk. Either way, it's a great item and worth more than the $26 I paid!
