Very disappointed with it. The tweezers are almost impossible to open. I can't find anything but herbs. Potatoes with fingers or carrots cut into small cubes will not fit. Also, the voltage across them is less than normal. Two different friends at work (pro kitchen) have the same pair and they are awesome! They open wide and have a lot of tension, which allows them to show great dexterity. I don't know what went wrong but I won't send it back because I have to pay shipping again which makes them overpriced. Save money and buy JB Prince direct; Those tweezers suck.
