Arrived on time, they look and feel good, I'm very satisfied. I can use them for almost anything: 4 ounce steak or even 6 ounce chicken breast and garnish with micros or flowers.

Unless you have monstrous gorilla hands, these tweezers are too big. The center of gravity is too far back. They're good in a pinch, but not great for covering delicate items.

Very disappointed with it. The tweezers are almost impossible to open. I can't find anything but herbs. Potatoes with fingers or carrots cut into small cubes will not fit. Also, the voltage across them is less than normal. Two different friends at work (pro kitchen) have the same pair and they are awesome! I know if I buy JB Prince I'll spend my money wisely. Now I only use offset tweezers because I fell in love with the 6 inch tweezers. They also make a great pair and they have a bit more power to flip something like a ribeye steak, but still allow me to pick up and apply fennel or micro leaves with ease.
