I recently purchased this muscle men's workout shirt AND was highly impressed with its quality and performance during my workout .As a result of my tests, I determined that the fabric is breathable, allowing for excellent ventilation and it didn't restrict my movement during exercise. The only con was that it ran slightly larger than expected, but that's easily fixed with sizing.
