Great Strike Team Cams, Junk Defender

Bought 2 Defenders based on Strike Team experience. Both cameras do not work. After several failed attempts to repair one, Browning sent a replacement and on the second I wanted me to pay for shipping and repair or return the repaired one. These cameras were less than 2 weeks old. I told them I bought new cameras that were not damaged. Customer service was very good when you could reach them. Tries to fix the problem by sending an SD card. only works with 8g cards. not what was advertised. The auto-reply asks the customer to leave a phone number for a call back, but tech support said their phones don't allow it. After 2 weeks of numerous calls I gave up and sent both cameras back to Revain. Waiting for a refund. This is the short version. I have other cell phone cameras (SPYPOINT), I have no problems and they are easier to use. I was going to Browning for the best cell phone plan, but what was it if the Defender cameras didn't work. Long story short again, but my time is worth more than waiting a long time to call tech support and then the manual says a warranty is required to send the camera back for "repair". And there is no grace period during which Browning must replace new cameras with new cameras. Please note that this experience started in July and lasted until mid-August. BEFORE. hunting season. One can only imagine what would have happened during the hunting season. I really hoped that these cameras would match the characteristics of the response team, but that didn't happen. Finally, cell phone reception was much better with my Spy Points than with Browning Defender.
