MOISTURE SLIPPER for home brewing and wine making
These weights hold food very well under brine but are very difficult to remove when wet. When they are wet, which is almost always the case for me, I press down on one side and then relieve pressure with a small pair of coated pliers. I prefer the ones that don't have a recessed grip but have more weight as I find them easy to remove. They'll cost you a bit of jar space, but make your fermenting life so much easier.
