Yo! This product is so unique I friggin love it. Yes, I've only used it once. I did a lightening treatment and my hair turned into a rat's nest. After using a scalp exfoliating tool with a hard water powder treatment and a very low pH, my hair became tangled. The treatment was necessary but so harsh and my hair was crazy. I applied conditioner and my tangles fell out on their own, no kidding. I usually spend a few minutes sorting out the knots before rinsing out the conditioner. My hair feels smooth and nourished while being weightless. Daughter Carol took care of it. I'm so excited.
