Attention, do not buy this product. I received the item almost 90 days before I could use it. I recently used it on vacation. I used it once on my first day of vacation, and two hours after my new camera was attached to it, the strap literally broke - the stitching came undone and it was impossible to use. I had to wear the camera without a strap all week. This happened, I suspect, due to the fact that the tape is of poor quality. I wrote to the seller and asked for a refund. They told me they would only replace it since it was after the return window. This was a less than satisfactory answer as I expected the same low quality replacement. I am grateful that Revain's customer service representative was much more sensible and refunded my money. I will never buy from this seller (Movo) again. Here is the answer they sent me.
