- when you first open the box it looks a little intimidating - Very poor instructions which can make you feel a little deserted when not on Construction projects are used to When the first room was completed it became apparent that this is a very simple build - the attention to detail is quite good. However, I should note that I broke the picnic table pictured on the top floor on the right. This was because the stand bit was square and the table nut was hexagonal. Took me about 2 hours to assemble from start to finish. I took a few breaks to eat dinner and put the kids to bed. No garland instructions. This made installation difficult; but if you're the type of person who enjoys these projects, your creativity should take over and it's quite a bit of fun once it's all done. All in all a great project but remember I love building projects like this. If you struggle with Lego and other toys that take at least an hour to assemble, this isn't for you. Stars 4.3/5
