The heels fell off the shoes after 5 months. This is totally unacceptable for a shoe of this price. Of course, you don't stand a chance of a refund at Best Buy, since the return date doesn't offer protection after about a month. Shouldn't the manufacturer give a longer guarantee on shoes? At LLBean, people return items years later. Poor performance, and by the way, in the last two years I've bought four pairs of these headphones - no more.
