UPDATE: I contacted the seller and he sent me another pair without even asking to return the defective ones. Didn't have time to try them because we only needed them for our trip. Still worth upgrading to three stars for seller support. I would recommend that you buy them ahead of time to make sure they work if you intend to use them on a trip. We bought them for a three-day trip to communicate between cars. Worked exactly one day and after charging the second day only one worked. We're moving, so I don't have a printer to ship these walkie-talkies back. I read that others had the same problem but took a chance hoping it was a lemon. Well I also had a lemon so be aware you are taking a risk if you buy it. If you are planning on using it for a trip or cruise I would definitely look elsewhere.
