I thought I was getting a quality product from Graco, but the parts broke after just a month of use. The 2 rods at the base are broken and somehow separated from where they were supposed to connect. We are new parents and have only used this umbrella for its intended purpose. My wife needed a comfortable dining chair and she wanted our son to be able to rock him afterwards, so we loved this glider. Unfortunately we are now afraid to use it because of the broken bars at the base. We feel that our son is not safe with us. This is very disappointing and we have sent a request to the company to replace the base. If they don't replace it we will dispute our card charges and order another chair from another company. *** UPDATE: More than a week has passed and the company has not responded. We are now contacting our credit card company.
