I rarely write 5 star reviews because I don't read 1 or 5 star reviews myself. All fan coolers die on me in just a few weeks and they cost between $30 and $50 each. ! When I finally saw them I bought two just in case, but it's been a few months and the first one still works! I'm glad I didn't have to buy another cooler for the whole seat, and the fact that the AC-DC adapter isn't fully secured (you can use the fan (approx. DC adapter cable). ) means that you, if one side breaks, just replace that side, not the entire rig! It also means the plug will fail if I constantly slide my computer chair in or out, which is better than a solid static wire that wears out and eventually fails. Fan at 100% speed. A friend suggested buying a 240 volt fan, but I don't need to go deaf. I really don't think I could be happier!
