I've read reviews that say it's great and you can't believe stores charge $100 for a mounting kit that's true. This product works great and I don't understand why you would go to Best Buy and spend so much money on a mount. The only issue we had was that the 16 "yes our cleats were 16" but you can't adjust them left and right at all. The item in the picture and the hanging video is NOT a 16" unit, that got me confused.) You need to make sure your rivets are exactly where you want your TV to be. We returned it and got 16-24 inches because we wanted something bigger.
