The screen quality is normal, not very good, but good for me. It wasn't the touchscreen version though, which is fine as I don't need another touchscreen. This might have been the problem, but it might not have been listed properly. I have the regular 11e but it's just great for me and I love it. I would recommend it for a first laptop or just a good level for a first time buyer. (By the way, e is for an educational version, meaning it's very durable.) The keyboard is very clicky and responsive, and the trackpad is fine for me but could be smaller for older adults. But I recommend it especially for the price.
