The perfect difficulty setting for a fun yet challenging gift box maze

When I first received this puzzle box, I followed the instructions and was able to open the box quickly because the ball was on the same side like lock. If you just want to slide a folded paper or bill through, you can do so through the slot without having to solve the puzzle. I put the present in front of my husband and shook him. He's pretty good at these things and I'd say it took him about 15 minutes to figure them out. He found it challenging but fun. Then he added something for me. I wasted 5 minutes before having to give up to do something else. When I tried again later, I spent about 20-25 minutes before solving the puzzle. I was starting to get a little frustrated and the 3D aspect of the maze was difficult for me, but then it all fell into place just before I was about to give up. So I think if you're looking for something challenging, but not too hard for most people, the difficulty level is for you. The box is made of durable plastic that will last for years. I think it will be interesting for my son to try to decide when he is older. I'm also planning to buy another one for the White Elephant Exchange my family is doing for Christmas. Plus, it can be used as a bank or to hold emergency cash when you want to make rash spending decisions a little more difficult.

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Hard to tell
