Long time Nioxin user but found out (along with lots of reviews here) that Nioxin has been repurchased by Proctor and Gamble and Shampoo ingredients have changed now one big parent company buys back a great little product (e.g. good bars, honest tea), the larger company immediately changes the ingredients to make it more diluted, processed and ultimately cheaper. the new nioxine formula isn't as good as the old one and does nothing to remove the "DHT" that was the original product's unique marketing ploy! will no longer use Nioxin. 2 good alternatives: Pura D'or Organic Argan Oil Shampoo Anti-Hair Loss Shampoo HairGenesis Anti-DHT Shampoo
