Review on Stash Silicone Freezing Tray with Lid and Baking Tray: Freeze, Store, and Bake with Ease! by Paula Baker

Inferior knock-off. NOT Souper Cubes

I've been using Souper Cubes for freezing liquids (soups, fruit juices, sauces etc) for about two years now and because they were in reserve and we froze soups to prepare our new baby, decided me to try. Despite being a true cup portion, they are fragile and very difficult to use. Due to the type of silicone used in Stasher trays, you CANNOT stack them in the freezer. The top doesn't seal very well and is flexible so you'll need a dedicated spot to place them side by side in the freezer rather than in a stack. I didn't even know the importance of styling until I got them. Also, being a brittle/flexible silicone material, you must be extremely careful when placing full trays in the freezer. It would be insanely easy to spill them on the go or bump them in the freezer, leaving you with a huge mess to clean up. My final criticism is that all the cubes are connected and not separated as separate cubes. . This means you have to empty all 4 at once and it's also harder to exit than Souper Cubes which are all separate cubes. I would not recommend these nor would I buy them again.
