Stash Silicone Freezing Tray with Lid and Baking Tray: Freeze, Store, and Bake with Ease! Review

Stuck at home, I used to make a lot of soups and stews. Alone and during this pandemic, I have a lot of foods that I can't eat right now and I have to freeze the excess. However, it is not always easy to find a good container on offer. Until a friend recommended this product it is fantastic and perfect for these supplements.

Weak, so if you put soup in it for the freezer you have to be careful. But the worst thing is that the lid doesn't close. That way you'll spill the soup all over the freezer. Each section is supposed to hold a cup, but I didn't realize the cup was so small - I can only imagine what a large capacity would look like. i give it back

Works well but not great if you care about measurement accuracy - the silicone between each compartment is thin and flexible, mine came with curved compartments resulting in unevenly sized cubes. I donated this and bought the Souper Cube brand freezer trays instead and am VERY happy with the results - the dividers are rigid meaning each compartment is rated for 1 cup.

It is a little difficult to take portions of frozen soup because the structure of the product has a flat bottom and dividers only between portions. When the portions are fully frozen, they don't buckle/kink in the shell so they can be easily taken out (need to heat the product or use a bowl), especially the insides. Suggest a different brand of product that has separate compartments for each serving. These parts are easy to remove by simply pressing on the floor.

This product has been tested using various methods to prevent bread from sticking (banana bread for this test). Made parchment paper, buttered, buttered and dusted with flour and immediately poured the batter into a silicone mold. Everything went well. Bread placed directly into the container took the longest to remove, but did so carefully. If you don't want the dough to spill, the dough should be more than 1 inch from the edge. Overall the product is easy to use, clean and great for baking.

I've been using Souper Cubes for freezing liquids (soups, fruit juices, sauces etc) for about two years now and because they were in reserve and we froze soups to prepare our new baby, decided me to try.
