Now I can use tension spring LED lights
These worked perfectly for our recessed lighting cans that didn’t have tension spring clips. Sine the cans were already in the ceiling, I screwed the in one inch above the bottom of the cans with the screws on the bottom. I used a awl and hammer to puncture the cans first to allow for screwing in the c hooks.
- Ensures that the downlights stay in place
- May be more difficult to adjust than other installation options
