When I first saw this lamp, I did not have very high expectations; especially when you consider the $19 price tag. But this lamp is actually amazing. I used this to do a full set of polygel nails with no problems at all. I don’t like that is does not come with a power block to plug it into an outlet, so I would definitely take a star off for that, but the rest of the functionality of this device is easily worth 10 stars. This lamp is very simple to use with just an on/off button and an automatic 60s timer. It’s not as nice as my larger nail lamps with the adjustable timer settings and countdown screen, but for a light weight, easy to use, on the go nail lamp this is great and has everything you need. This easily cured my clear base coat and top coat in just a few seconds. The polygel I used is a light color but very opaque and, though the insert that came with the lamp says Polygel needs 120s to cure, this cured fully in just 60sec. After doing each individual nail I do make it a habit of doing a whole hand final 60 sec cure, but I really don’t think it was necessary or made any difference. This lamp is bright, light weight, and so very easy to use. This is definitely becoming a permanent part of my travel supplies, for on-the-go fixes and nail emergencies.
