They were GREAT and easy to use! I've just become a fan of sausage boards. And I really wanted to know what the cheeses were called because my family and I always mixed and matched them with meat, jams, fresh honeycomb, nuts and fruits. I think if they were a little shorter the softer cheeses could hold them up because boy let me tell you the top is too heavy for cheese. So I think a shorter stick or a slightly smaller chalkboard would help, at least for me, to make them strong enough to last longer than they do. But I still can't complain, they turned out really nice.
