Definitely worth buying!
Flavor is very good and it mixes well with just stirring lightly. I feel energetic I’m on a keto diet and does work effectively as an appetite suppressant. I don’t actually test my ketones, so I can’t speak to that. I also don’t feel jittery so that is a plus since many energy products have that effect.
