Review on 💧 Clean and Crisp Water with Whirlpool WHER25 Reverse Osmosis Filtration by Lisa Turner

Ordered a replacement for the exact same system that has worked flawlessly for the past 5 years. We received the system in December 2018 and installed it exactly as the old one was installed but it didn't work. After numerous phone calls with Whirlpool, a plumber had to be called, but it turned out we were missing a tiny part that wasn't included in the new system. After that the system worked for about 3 weeks and stopped working again as it only worked for about 3 weeks after the new year. I spent many hours on the phone dealing with customer service and troubleshooting the system. I've spent hundreds of dollars replacing filters on a system that support said was probably the problem. Most customer service reps have been helpful but I haven't had drinking water at home for months and the system still doesn't work. If you're thinking about getting this system, think again, DO NOT waste your $$.
