This device exudes quality, starting with sturdy packaging fit for high-end accessories. The actual device is very well constructed, looks fantastic and is easy to install. The receiver and transmitter are already paired at the factory, so all you have to do is follow the pairing sequence in the instructions and voilà! All the cables you need are included. I was particularly impressed by the short HDMI flat cable for connecting the receiver to the monitor. Takes up minimal space. The transmitter is powerful enough to penetrate multiple walls, even without connecting to a separate power source (which can be done if needed). I like this power output option because I wanted to be able to limit the distance the signal can be read since the device will be used to drive a repeater monitor for a security system. After all, I don't want this signal to be broadcast across the board.
