Not the best heat transfer, but an incredibly strong adhesive.

Adhesive tape has never been a better conductor of heat than paste. but it sticks so tight that I tore the TEC module in half trying to remove and replace it. If it comes into contact, it will stick and must be soaked in paint thinner to remove. The best double sided tape I've ever used. but I will not use it in electronics anymore.
