Get what you pay for

The 'screw' to tighten doesn't come out all the way so it can't be opened fully to attach the handlebars so I had to flip it and it doesn't seem strong to be on my end-bar elastic. It moves a bit over rough terrain, so I have to readjust it every 10 minutes or so, which is pretty annoying. For $8 I should have gotten a better one, but it will work for now. Get what you pay for.
