Get what you pay for

The 'screw' to tighten doesn't come out all the way so it can't be opened fully to attach the handlebars so I had to flip it and it doesn't seem strong to be on my end-bar elastic. It moves a bit over rough terrain, so I have to readjust it every 10 minutes or so, which is pretty annoying. For $8 I should have gotten a better one, but it will work for now. Get what you pay for.

The trick is to install it. in Sports

Here's a trick to attaching it to the handlebars: the strap that attaches the flashlight to the handlebars doesn't come off completely because the end of the strap has no thread. You must remove everything from one side of the handlebar to attach it. The trick is to cut off the end of the strap. Then the belt comes out completely. Excellent tennis racket holder

I don't use it as a flashlight. I use it as a tennis racket holder for my bike and my daughter's bike. We bike around our park until the tennis court is free and then we can just jump in and play. I attached a strap to the front fork and it fully supports the racquet while riding. Some write in reviews that the belt cannot be completely unscrewed, but this is not the case.
