Impressive - Motorcycle & Powersports

This is my first communication I have ever used on my motorcycle but I have to say I am impressed. The sound quality is excellent. Haven't tested it for a mile yet, but it worked great over a quarter mile. My wife and I made the 600 mile trip from home up the mountains and Devil's Highway US666 (now 191). It was nice to be able to warn them about moose and fallen trees. An altitude of 9100 feet did not bother the device at all. The batteries lasted five hours on each leg of our journey. However, there are some suggestions: 1. Redirect users directly to the phone app. It was frustrating to remember all the keyboard shortcuts that needed to be set up. Team "Hey Sena" was worse than Alexa to recognize me. I'll have to try more of this but I haven't worn a helmet in years and should sit at my desk and try it I think. 2. I tried three different helmets (Shoei RF-1100, RF-1200 and some old Shoei) and I had a hard time fitting the ear pads to all three. The two Shoei helmets were newer and had speaker cutouts, but they weren't deep enough and caused a bit of pain after a while. You have to crash the helmet to tune the speakers deeper.3. More on mounting the speakers: I had to cut some of the fairing to route the speaker wires from the mounting block into the helmet. The speaker cables merge into a single USB port that can be detached from the main unit. I have no idea how to replace these speakers with something I can put in or something flatter. The unit came with three different microphones but I like the boom that was already on the main unit. The speakers also worked perfectly with earplugs (to avoid wind noise in the helmet).
