Love these filters. They live on my GoPro Hero6. Even if they are a bit fragile. The first time I put ND8 on broken glass. I was also very careful. The next day I emailed Freewell, explaining the situation and sent them a copy of my receipt. Their support agent responded quickly. He explained that it is a public holiday in China and they will ship the goods after the public holiday. I agreed. When I got no response or filter after a few weeks, I moved on. They were very apologetic and rectified the situation by sending me a brand new 4 pack set. These guys stand behind their products and offer amazing support. I understand that after a week of vacation everything is forgotten. They quickly rectified the situation and now I'm back in business. These filters are essential if you want to get the most cinematic look out of your GoPro. I also use Freewells on my DJI Mavic Air and they are fantastic.
