I was thrilled to find VIKYLIN, as I do a lot of internet shopping for photographic and electronic devices. But my enthusiasm soon gave way to disillusionment. A majority of the products listed on their website are either no longer available or are no longer pertinent, despite their claims to the contrary. Their video surveillance technology was even worse than their cameras and photography tools. It made me question if we were still in the 20th century or if they had time traveled. Their lackadaisical support staff only made things worse. It took weeks for me to hear back from customer support regarding an issue I had with an item I had ordered. And when I did, they were helpless to fix the problem I was having. The delivery of my purchase was also much slower than anticipated. When it comes to purchasing high-quality electronics or photography equipment, I would not suggest VIKYLIN. Don't bother wasting your money or effort at this web store.
