This product is a must when using Invisiline retainers. I can't talk about dentures. I didn't realize how well it was working until I was gone for a week and forgot to bring any pills. Put one tablet in a glass of warm water every morning, it will bubble blue. Insert retainer and soak during breakfast. Then floss, use a small separate brush and gently brush the retainer, rinse well and place in your mouth. I use one every morning and it makes the fixative really clean and clear. That week without it I had to work really hard to keep it clean with a brush and soap and it was still turning yellow by the time I got home. Great product, I can only recommend it. TIP: Be sure to rinse the jar as the solution becomes crystal clear after a few hours and I made the mistake of drinking it thinking it was water. Only 2 big sips but it has pool shock and bleach in it and after that I had a bad stomach and heartburn for about a week.
