I'm a software developer and have had multi-monitor workstations for over a decade. I bought this portable touchscreen monitor to complement the Microsoft Surface Pro that I have for personal use and I am very happy with it. The monitor comes well packaged in a very minimalist Apple-style box. It comes in at 15.6 inches and I couldn't think of a larger "portable" screen size as it's already quite wide. The monitor comes with all the necessary cables, in my case I just plugged the USB-C from my Surface Pro into the appropriate port on the monitor and it immediately turns on in "Mirror" mode, which I quickly clicked on "Extend" changed Windows settings. The monitor's resolution is 1920 x 1080 @ 60Hz so it can't compete with the main display, but the secondary monitor isn't really capable in my context. I use it to view documents, code I'm linking or looking at, and toolbars/panels I'm using. It's nice to have a fixed place to put my toolbars and access them with one finger. Likewise, it's nice to be able to flip through documents with a swipe of your finger while moving around the main screen. The swiveling monitor stand is well thought out and expands well without making the device bulky. that can only be happy!
