For the price, this is a good orthotic slipper. I need support under the base of the toes and this slipper provides it. Also the slight negative heel helps keep pressure off of the base of the toes. The arch support is just fine for my feet which don't require a lot of support. I typically wear a 9W and these slippers fit well. So if you don't have a wide foot you might want to size down. The materials used to make the slippers don't appear to be high end but for the price it's a good value for me.
