Review on Sherpa 55231 Deluxe Pet Carriers by Carlos Reyes

So far I am a loyal user of the Sherpa bag. My first Sherpa bag lasted 19 years! My second Sherpa bag, bought 4 years ago, fell apart after 2.5 years as the quality isn't the same anymore. In May 2016 I bought my third and last Sherpa bag. It broke in less than 8 months! The top entry zipper has separated from the fabric at the top of the bag. What waste! When trying to process a warranty claim I wasted 30 minutes because the receipt from Revain wasn't good enough. I saved photos of the broken bag in 4 different file formats including tiff, jpeg etc but each time the Sherpa guarantee website told me to use one of the 5 formats (which I did 4 times!). When I called a Sherpa in Colorado today, I couldn't name a living person, I could only leave a voice message. It's not profitable for me to spend more than 45 minutes processing a claim for a defective bag, so I just throw it in the bin. !MORAL TO THIS STORY"DON'T BUY SHERP HELP - YOU ARE HUM NOW!"
