Received this brush set just in time for my daughter's laundry day. After braiding her hair for over a week, I tearfully expected to brush it for an hour. I was able to brush her hair in about 15 minutes and NO TEARS OR CRYING. ! I really thought it was too good to be true but I decided to give it a try. I tell all my friends. I washed my daughter's hair, added her conditioner to the nourishing detangling cream and easily detangled her hair with very little shedding. I usually clean the brush halfway through. Extra small tassels are good for padding the edges. There is a tiny comb end and a brush end. The bristles are quite hard.
